No R400!!!!!

I called them begging of the year for a quote on my old car and they did not beat my current insurance and I did not claim the R400. Now I bought a new car and asked a quote again and they are R2000 more than what I am paying now. They said I do not qualify for the R400 as I asked a route before but I did not claim it and was on a different car. Will never insure with you guys.
