No R400.00 just a ****

I called Outsurance on the 03/03/2015 as I wanted to migrate to them if they could give me a slightly better rate on my current car insurance. I spoke to a consultant named Alister Govender who assisted me well and done everything in his power to lower my current insurance but just could not, so he told me that I could get the R400 as advertised he sent me a pin number and a link to a webpage to enter my bank details but every time I enter the branch name it kicks me out so I cannot get the R400 as advertised, when I spoke to henry at the call center he told me to hold after been transferred numerous time my call just gets cut... Bad service truly, thank god I never joined them and kept my current insurer it tells you lots if they cannot pay out a simple R400 as promised, how will they pay out a claim.
