NO R1500 EVEN THOUGH PREMIUM CAN'T BE BEATEN

My father in law received a call from Outsurance to see if they can beat his current insurance premium. After being on the line with the consultant for more then an hour, they were not able to beat their current premium. My father in law then requested the R1500 as Outsurance promise to pay this when they can't beat the current premium.

A few days later another person phoned from Outsurance asking if my father in law changed his mind. My father in law asked again if Outsurance will be able to beat his current insurance... The answer was still no.

The consultant then said he would send a link on which my father in law must click to claim the R1500. Up until now the link was never sent and the R1500 not paid even though my father was on the phone for longer then an hour.

This is unacceptable... Outsurance is advertising the R1500 on TV, on the radio on the back of magazines, but they never honor this!
