No R1500 as promised on the Ad

Outsurance simply has to stop misleading people with their false adverti*****ts. Last week I did a quotation with them and they said they will pay me R1500. I submitted all the required documents on their quote promotion link and never heard from them again.

The claim that their turn around time for ANY claim 1 and a half days, yet couldn't pay me R1500. Imagine what more if your claim is big like vehicle theft or accidents. The public should be very careful when dealing with this insurance company. What they claim on their Ads is not necessarily true.
