No R 400.00

Hi <br> <br> I requested a quotation that was done with me this afternoon. Outsurance could not give me a better price on my insurance and therefore i should be receiving R 400.00 The consultant was so quick to say \\ is there is anything else I can help you with \after i said the benefits and the price are not any better but actually worse\\\"\". <br> <br> I was quoted R 693.00. I currently pay R 638.46 including car hire and a tracking device and there was no mention of the promotion after she could not assist me. <br> <br> \"\"\""
