No promised Spa Voucher received.

I have an insurance policy with Outsurance as well as the Lady @ Out policy. Last year on 05/05/2014 i was involved in a car accident and my fiance at that time dealt with Outsurance,he was told that they will send my promised Spa voucher but after a few inquiries, still no spa voucher. On my policy it states that a spa voucher was issued, but i never received it, it was not emailed to either of us or even posted. And every time i bring it up someone will phone me which never happens. I just renewed my policy with outsurance but im really dissappointed in the lack of commitment of promised goods.<br> <br>
