No policy documents although requested 3 times
<p>I changed my policy and requested my policy 3 times, and to date have not received it!</p>
I eventually received my policy documents after posting on HelloPeter.com, but noticed many mistakes:
1. Correct spelling of surname is Moodly (not Meedly).
2. Insured premises correct address is 21 Tamboti, Simbithi Eco Estates, Ballito, Kwazulu Natal (not Honeydew, Johannesburg, Gauteng)!
This is pathetic from Outsurance
