no policy documents

On 30 I got a call from outsurance regarding funeral cover,they offered me a wonderful premium. I then cancelled the funeral cover I had with another service provider mediately. Still waiting for my policy documents that were supposed to have been emailed to me after the call.

I called the call centre again 1 December, again o was told I'd be emailed the policy documents, still no documents

Our client care manager contacted you and confirmed the email address we sent the documents to you previously, is indeed correct. We are not sure whether these ended up into your spam folder.
Tina resent you the documents, and you confirmed you did receive the documents now.
