No place to take my car for the assessment.

I need to claim as someone drove into the back of a car I own and insure for my dad. They have no where in Carletonville where my dad stays we can take the car to assess the car. The car is currenty with me in Boksburg there is no place we can take the car for assessment here either!!! The closest place is Benoni. I find this Inconvenient and Ridiculous!! Will it even be a Reputable place that is selected to fix my car????<br> <br> I am seriously considering moving my insurance after this for sure.
