No Payout

I have been a loyal client for several years. December 24 2021, someone drove into me from behind. I contacted Outsurance and they were quick to get all the details and in a matter of days my claim was approved and I was obviously due to pay the excess. Outsurance assured me that they would sort out everything with the thrid party and my excess would then be paid out. about 6months later I received a call from lawyers stating they are acting on behalf of Outsurance and need all the details of my vehicle and details of account into which payment should be made. It is now 26 July 2023 already, I have not received an update or payout from Outsurance to date.
