NO OUTSURANCE

Outsurance takes debit orders from my bank up to 3 times per month. We phoned them and enquired, but never got any feedback. We had items removed in the middle of the month, but again it was deducted with our debit order this month!!!! NO OUTSURANCE!!!!

Truly alarming to read your complaint. Under no circumstances may we debit your account without your consent.

We escalated the matter to our client care manager Zenus who contacted you to address your concerns and to resolve the matter. 

We can confirm your refund has been processed.

We do apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Zenus our client care manager was in contact with your husband. Please note, the premium was reversed therefore there was no refund due to you.
