No option for cancellation!
OUTSURANCE told me to cancel policy via downloaded app. Unfortunately no option to do it there. Call centre told me only way to do it. Will see if they call me back on request. I’m totally upset with there call centre and the way I cannot access my request! Today is the 10th April 2021. Not liable for premium next month. If they do take it off ... I’ve requested on every insured item for them to call me.
