No one wants to take responsibility

After our car accident and per our policy with Outsurance we had a rental car available to use Outsurance said all the info will be given to us by Avis car Rental which they did and according to their agent Angela and the rental agreement the car had to be back on the 5th August at 22:00.<br> When I asked Outsurance to send me all the info and dates via email I was told that it would be supp**** by the Rental Car Agent in this case Angela. <br> So I will not take responsibility for wrong info that was given to me via the Agent and is also on the rental agreement. <br> Avis also has my phone number so why wasn't I phoned and told to return the vechile earlier as per the Rental agreement.<br> So I would suggest between Avis and Outsurance someone should decide who's to blame and refund me my deposit.
