No one to assist me when I call

Since the beginning of the month I have been struggling to getting assisted by OUTsurance on my motor warranty claim

Everytime I called there is no one available to assist me

As I quote for parts that needs attention on my vehicle 🚗

They always take my details but no one calls

And note someone did call me last week Thursday they promised to call me back and they never did

Till today the quote expires on the first. Of July

Thank tried getting assistance by logging a claim on the app

Nothing still

When ever I call I’m asked about the policy documents that where promised to be mailed to me

Till today I haven’t received such
