No luck cancelling policy with pushy call centre agent
I tried to cancel my insurance policy with Outsurance on 7 May 2018. Instead of allowing me to cancel the policy, the call centre person diverted me to someone in the retention department who kept *******ing my reasons for cancelling, insisting that Outsurance was the best. Call centres at their worst!
