no joy

On thursday i took out a new life insurance policy and the said a nurse will call to do the blood test, she did call and arranged that she will call back on monday witch never happend.I called outsurance twice yesterday to arrange for the bloodtest and i was given a number to phone, now i phone the number and it does not exist.Ive taken a half days leave for this so im loosing money with no bloodtest.Must i cancel the policy and go somewhere else???
