No immediate refund upon cancellation of my policy

I recently cancelled my policy with outsurance ( which took 3 painful phone calls basically begging them to cancel it). They eventually did cancel it. I was also entitled to a refund which they mentioned will be credited to my account immediately. It has now been a month since I notified them and I have still not received my refund.
