No Guarantee on repairs

<p>I've recently had a small bumper bash and when I took my car in for an assessment, the Assessor asked about the prior repairs done to my vehicle (Claim # ********** 3) and advised me to report the poor repairs to you, as there should be guarantees on the repairs done. He advised that especially the paintwork was poorly done, please see pictures below.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been in touch with Autohaus (Rita Oelofse), who confirmed the paint warranty was only for 3 years. The Assessor informed me that there is normally a lifetime guarantee.</p> <p> </p> <p>The reason why my insurance was cancelled with Outsurance, was due to how this claim was handled. Please could the correct person contact me so that we can get this finalised?</p>
