No feedback/movement on claim
Had a water leak in the kitchen. Reported claim and weeks afterwards it was finally fixed. Same water leak occurred, reported it twice to Outsurance without any reply. Only a promise to call us back which did not happen until now. Replace kitchen cupboards are damage by the minute as water covers the floor. This is pathetic as it is at a guesthouse where guests are able to see the mess.......

It literally took Outsurance a working week just to get a plumber to get the leak to stop. That only happened due to pressure from my side.
Why must we pay for your incompetence? There are many litres of water wasted on our account. Do you think it is fair to take a week to get a waterleak to be stopped?
I am deeply dissappointed in you!!!!!!!
