No feedback to date

I took a life cover with Outsurance sometime in July and the policy was supposed to start in August.I did my blood test on a Saturday at Lancet laboratories in Soweto.When I got there I was not and never councelled,they just asked who sent me and I told them outsurane and without any HIV counselling whatsoever they took the blood ,I filled out my details in some paper and then I was told we done I can leave.I left of course thinking that maybe that's how they work.After 3 days I got a call from outsurace that the policy has changed and that I will receive a call from a doctor within 48 hours.I asked for reasons why the policy had to change and the lady said I should wait for a call within 48 hours.Till today I have not received feedback as to why the policy has changed.I then last week on the 04/08 decided to cancell the policy ,and I got an SMS that my policy have been cancelled and no debit will be done on my aacount,which I hope so...I am really disappointed and I feel I still need feedback from the Lab from Outsurance...
