No feedback or reply

Good day. I submitted a claim for my engagement ring that was ****** and was referred to JRC to replace my ring. I got my ring on Friday - and what a disaster - to say the least. I have sent a complaint to Outsurance and I returned my ring to the manufacturer and still awaiting feedback from Outsurance. I have spoken to a couple of people at Outsurance and everyone assured me that I will receive feedback soonest. Well it is 24 hours later and I have still not heard from anyone. Please can someone get back to me as I would like to sort out my claim.
