No feedback on car theft claim

A week ago my car was unfortunately ******, I am insured with outsurance and have been a client for more than 3 years. I submitted my claim, up until today I have received minimal emails updating me on my claim after requesting feedback on MULTIPAL occasions. I was also told that i have a breach in my policy as I did not install a Tracking device in my car as requested, after sending her a proof of my tracking device she did not even apologize. Its been a week and up to today they did not even offer me a loan vehicle to get to work. <br> <br> If you are thinking of insuring with them you are wasting your money, time and effort. I know exactly why they are the cheapest insurance company- they are the worst company!
