Being a customer of outsurance for more than 8 years without submitting a single claim, I had the unfortunate incident of a parking misfortune where an unknown driver damaged my car and just drove off. After much deliberation (as I heard so many negatives about submitting claims to insurances) I decided to submit a claim as my car was in pristine condition and I wanted to test outsurances many claims of wonderful customer service. Claim was submitted, but I was unhappy that the agent made it sound as if I tried to submit a false claim. Thereafter I could not select a panelbeater of my choice (and closer to me) and had to not only drive very far to get my car fixed, but I was also not fami**** with the panelbeater of your choice. The first time I collected my car, the dashboard (which is a very special non shiny material) was messed up with glossy spray which could damage the whole dashboard. I also noticed that not all damages was repaired as promised and I could clearly see the other car's paint still on my bumper. My expensive and very difficult to source, headlamp protectors were also broken by the supplier when they tried to refix it to my car. The panelbeater then corr
