No Feedback from Outsurance

I booked my car in at the panel beaters late Jan. The car is still not ready and I have escalated this to Outsurance and 1 month later no one bothers to call. Very poor service! And now I have the rental company harassing me to return the hired vehicle. Shame on you Outsurance!
