No feedback from Outsurance

I lodged a complaint against Outsurance on the 16th of Feb 2015 and more than a week later i still have not received any feedback. Even though they have registered as a company who responds and Dinky responded to my query on hello peter but nothing was done after that even after i specifically asked for the life cover to be cancelled and for the confirmation to be sent to me in writing much as it was not too much trouble for them to make all those calls and sent emails initially when they wanted me to take up the policy. This proves just how much they don't care and how low the customer service is. Candy De Waal gave me a lip service and promised to get a consultant who deals with cancellations to call me back before end of business and i am still waiting.<br> <br> All i am asking is for the cancellation confirmation to be emailed to be so i can move on and put past this awful encounter that i had with OUTSURANCE!!!<br> <br> AS I WAIT...
