No feedback for case against MR. Sitole

Hello Pieter<br> <br> I'm been waiting for my excess money for R5300 since 8 May 2015 . Mr. Sitole drive over the stop street and hit my car. Because of this I had to make a loan of R15 000 from Direct Axis to other second hand car. My car was 2004 model and I'm driving 1994 model car its a big lost to me. The legal department did not take me serious about the loan I had to take . Refuse to claim the extra damage from Mr. Siole . I want to add Mr. Sitole had no car insurance. Clearly this is not my fault. I want to be re bust with the excess amount of R5300 plus the loan amount of R15000 .
