<p>To whom it may concern </p> <p> </p> <p>My current insurer has been trying to get information from OutSurance regarding my previous years of insurance, and to date OutSurance has not provided ANY info or even an indication that they received the enquiry. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is is now holding up the process of my current claim being processed and is unacceptable. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is needs to be resolved asap as it just indicates how *********** an organization is if they refuse to assist you when you are no longer insured with them. </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards. </p>
