No Feedback

I had to contact the Assessor twice after he had ensured that he will contact me with feedback. On the second phone call to confirm whether he has received a request to send authorisation to a different panel beater, he asked me to phone back in an hour to confirm that it has been processed. After confronting him that it is not my job to follow up with him for a third time, he promised to phone me within an hour and I am still awaiting his phone call, a day later.
