I contacted Outsurance on 20 Feb for a quote (ref no ***4). They were not able to beat my existing premium.<br> Mark told me he'll email me a link for me to claim the promo R400. No email received to date. Judging from the number of complaints re the R400 promo on Hellopeter alone, Outsurance is no doubt aware of the inefficiency of their administration and it seems as though they choose to do nothing about it. With so many people having issues, this had got to be false advertising.
