No feedback.

my car was damanged in the fire explossion and was reported to outsurance on the 21 feb 2023 on claim ***, been calling asking for frrdback with no luch, then on i was informed that i need to submit documents since im a 3rd party. i then submitted the requested documents on ***, still no feedback, everytime when i call im advised that the person dealing with the claim will call me back but no one calls. when i request to speak to her im told she's not at the office. since february my claim is not approved and im not getting any feedback. its frustrating because im forced to use taxis just because outsurance is taking their time to finalise the claim. im not even getting any feedback, im beein send from piller to post. calling everyday without getting any help.
