No feedback

I have contacted outsurance for a quote to change my insurance and a consultant assisted me, I then requested they my current insurance was cheaper and he never once offered me the option of the R400. Besides that he never gave me feedback on my quote which I have decided to take with outsurance. Its been now 3 weeks and I am still waiting, how long more do I have to wait or should I look elsewhere.
