Zidan Tshepo Ndala is the agent that has been calling me for a quote last month (September) and I told him I was not interested.

He kept calling until one day I told him to call me in October since I was moving to a new address. He called me on 3 October and I was happy with the way he handled my quote and call.

He could not proceed with the quote because of the claim i had in the past with my way.

He asked me to email a cancellation later from Miway and I did, i emailed two different letters as was not sure which one it was.

He told me he needed to run it past his superios and he would get back to me. To this day I have not received any response from him .

The positive, glamorous adverts we hear on radio and see on tv about Outsurance are just a front. Pathetic service after they did an enquiry on credit report, no decency to tell me where I stand.

POOR SERVICE FROM OUTSURANCE . I WONDER IF I WILL GET THE SO-CALLED R400 IF THEY DON'T COVER ME
