No Excess refund after 16 months
I am terribly disappointed with Outsurance. It has been 16 months since my motor accident,despite the shoddy workmanship of their panel beater,I have paid the required excess and to this day have not received my refund.I have since cancelled my insurance after paying my premiums for 5yrs. I certainly feel that I have wasted my money and I have lost all confidence in the Outsurance brand.

Our legal recoveries claims manager contacted you. He informed you our attorneys are issuing summons against the other party as our previous attempts for successful recovery were not successful.
