No ethics... No courtesy

<p>Called these guys to have my premium reviewed and possibly try and get a discount on my monthly premiums.. </p> <p>the consultant than proceeds to review the policy, and discovers an error made by them.. he then increases the the premium and tells me that the policy will be under investigation and if its their fault the premium will go back to old premium, which kinda defeats the purpose !!</p> <p>consultants are rude</p> <p>they avoid answering your questions</p> <p> </p> <p>Overall poor service and terrible experience.. </p> <p>going to cancel the policy and go to another insurance house..</p>
