No email regarding link to claim

Yesterday 23/01/2020, I got a call from Melody who offered me to take the challenge to beat my current insurer or I will get cash back if they can't. At first I told I was not interested, but she was persistent and I eventually agreed. Unfortunately outsurance was anable to beat my current insurer and she was supposed to send me the link to claim the cash back, I did not receive the link via email but I did receive a sms with tbe otp pin. I phonend back & spoke to a different agent and explained the problem, she then took my details again and would send me the link again, only received the sms with otp pin only. Very disappointing as you know, it is actually Januworry
