No discount after being claim free for 4 years. Very unfair
<p>I called Outsurance this morning to check if they can review my policy as an increase letter was sent out. Spoke to Atlehang who didn't try hard enough or at least sympathise with me as she couldn't help me. I am disappointed as I have been with Outsurance for 4 years without claiming but they couldn't help me with a small thank you discount.</p>
