no Customer service - no value
Just commenting on the pathetic service I received from Phumzile at outsurance. no customer service , she doesnot know how to speak to customers . please listen to the call received from me today at 12.43pm . ALL I WANTED WAS PROPER FEEDBACK AND PROGRESS . my advise don't bother yourself with outsurance and their very rude and arrogant staff . I believe the way you speak to people are your companies logo and values .
