No customer service

So I logged into Outsurance website 2 weeks ago to get the contact details. Then I saw the button "Get Quote", impressed by their efficiency I clicked the button and fill in all the details. That was 2 weeks ago and still no response. That made me wonder, if your service to getting new clients is so bad (non-existing) then I don't want to know how bad you are if in future I want to make a claim. You snooze, you loose!
