No customer service at Outsurance

Good morning I am so disappointed with the level of service which I have received from Mbulelo who works in the claims department. My claim has been handled extremely laxed and nonchalant. If I email he does not not respond If I call he does not return my call. If im lucky and he does then it is hours later. When aarangements had to be made between the panel beater and Avis I had to call around which cost me 5 to 6 phone calls to arrange. the level of service has dropped at Outsurance and I am not happy.
