No credit after referral

<p>As per Outsurance's disclaimer, I referred friends and family to the company and they signed with Outsurance for their car insurance. An outsurance representative called me and confirmed that 2x friends did sign-up and that I would get the R400 discount from my next month's payment. <br /> <br /> It has now been the 2 months since confirmation of the referrals and still no credit have been processed to my account. Follow-up emails are now being gnored and i am receiving absolute no response from Outsurance on the matter. I am very dissapointed in the service delivery received (especially after being a client for 7 years noe) - Outsurance does nt deliver on their promises, even after multiple attempts following up with them and promised made.</p> <p>People are being uses as a point of sale to make money and conclude deals with false intentions and promised not being delivered upon.</p> <p> </p>
