No courtesy car for claims privately resolved

I got an accident on 31.08.2015. The culprit agreed to fix the car and booked my car at a reputable panel beater (Royal Panel Beaters at booysens) he couldn't ger a courtesy car as he was paying cash for the damages. I agreed to this because i didn't have money for access.<br> <br> I called my insurance to log a claim but asking them only for a courtesy car because the guy would be paying for the damages and they refused and said they could only do so if i allowed them to fix my car. They said they were going to recoup money from the other guy and i should pay the access, i explained that i didn't have that money and the guy is basically doing the same thing.<br> <br> My problem is that they were going to fix my car anyway and i saved them the job of trying to recoup the money. I pay for this insurance and i don't understand why they wont get me a courtesy and in my whole y7 years as a driver i have never heard any1 who said they got their access back from the insurance when the other party was at fault.<br> <br> I'm now looking for a flexible insurance that understand my need as a woman and a mother in these tough economic times where companies understand that we survive from pay check to pay check,
