No Contract

You take off money from my account which I did not accept and in the conversation I state that I need to speak to my other half first. Then you want to tell me that because I gave you my banking details I have decided to go ahead. It does not work like that. Then when I explain myself the lady does not want to hear what I have to say. I never signed anything and never said go ahead. I was happy with your price but never said GO AHEAD. You guys cant just go ahead unless I've stated or signed an agreement. I want all of my amount back in my account!! And I refuse to do business with you guys again.
