No Communication on my Claim

My accident occurred on the 24th May, I was hospitalized due to injuries and my claim was taken care by Ibraheem Paruk which was a delight as he and my friend sorted everything out as I was unable to due to medical reasons, my car was then written off on the 27th May, then it went to Sunel at Outsurance who never once contacted me and only on Thursday the 04th June, thats almost 2 weeks later did Wanda contact me to discuss my claim, I cant get hold of anyone at Outsurance, I have now been without a vehicle for almost 3 weeks and require another vehicle as I am a single Mom. I was booked off by the Trauma Surgeon for Two weeks and only now been back at work. I have no clue as to what is going on with my car, there is still items in my car that belong to me. There is absolutely no communication and I feel extremely worried as my vehicle has been taken away from me and I have no idea what is going on with anything, the claim, the bank, the settlement, nothing. Can someone please contact me. I am getting very frustrated on my end, thank you kindly
