No clue about pet insurance

What an absolute disappointment from the moment I submitted my first claim, the whole process is more set out like a claim for a car accident instead of a pet. When I signed up I was told that the claim is paid within 24 hours …. At the end of day five no one has bothered to assist me. I have called, sent mails and logged on their App. Once I managed to attempt to speak to someone on such a bad line I could not hear them. The person on the other side obviously also had absolutely no knowledge of pet care and illnesses. No one tried to call me back when the call eventually cut. Despite the crackle call, nothing has been done about my claim. I find this so frustrating because what if this was a claim for an emergency? My pet would be dead by now while I am still hoping someone from OUTsurance will call me back??? You guys might be great with cars but you have a very long way to go before you understand pet insurance and what your customers’ needs are or how vet care actually works.
