No Claim but really great service from all at Outsurance.

<p>on saturday evening I bumped the undercarrige of my car and coincedently on Tuesday my gearbox konked out.</p> <p>I spoke to someone at VW and they advised me that it could be due to an ipact on the gearbox so I called outsurance who immediateley sent someone out to collect the car and arranged a rental for me to use while they assesed my claim.</p> <p>after examining the vehcle they established that the knock to the undercarridge could not have been the cause of the damage but if I had a technitian open up the box and it was not a wear and tear issue they would be happy to relook at my claim.</p> <p>they even offered to have the car delivered to a repair centre for me on monay and arranged a discounted rate at avis so that I can keep the rental until my car is fixed.</p> <p>thanks Outsurance and especially John king for making us feel like more than just a number.</p> <p>I would defenetely recomend outsuarance to my family and friends.</p>
