No cash back as initially advertised

OUTsurance is big ****mers, they say if they can’t beat my current premium, they will pay me. I had a very good sales consultant but unfortunately their quote was almost double what I am currently paying, when I asked the consultant about the cash back offer for not beating my premium, he said that someone will contact me, but no one has contacted me. OUTsurance just wants to get you on a call to try to force to take their offer and once you decline, they don’t follow through with their cash back offers.
