No Car/No Rental

On 4 May 2015 we took our vehicle to Centurion Panel beaters. We were told it would be 12/14 days and we received a rental car.<br> Today 16 days later I called the panelbeater as our 30 day rental will be over next week and we have not heard a thing from Outsurance or the Panelbeater.<br> Only to find out our vehicle will most likely be another MONTH.<br> I then call Outsurance as I am extremely worried abut how my family will be getting to school/work and I am told by Outsurance that there will most likely NOT be an Extension on the Car Hire because the delay is due to Parts. HOW is this my Fault? yet I will be the one without a vehicle to drop my wife and son at school/work.<br> I am your customer, and I am NOT happy. I was not responsible for the Accident that required me to claim, so why should I now be left without a vehicle, thanks to the banelbeaters YOU sent me to.
