No attempt of sorting out my claim

<p>I was in a car accident months ago and absolutely nothing has been done to have my car fixed. I spoke to the manager: Lebojang, who personally promised me that he will sort out my claim and will follow up until it has been done. He did absolutely nothing, literally NOTHING. I sent throught all the requirements within minutes and they haven't even contacted me. This is pathetic, but we all know that this is outsurance. What blows my mind is how many people they fool who still has this insurance with them. </p> <p> </p> <p>Claim Number: ********** 22</p>
