No assistance at all

I called into your call centre to get assistance with my new Huawei phone. At first the line cut, nobody called me back. Second I was kept on the line for almost 10 minutes with nobody speaking to me while the same consultant tried to find out what can be done for people with new Huawei phones that dont support Google play store. Of all my apps that I use, yours is the only one that is not working. Please assist to get this app working on my phone.
