no aknowledgement and they dibted my account unauthorized date

Sent an email on the around the 10th of Oct requesting to change my banking details from bidvest to fnb, on the 26th of oct i noticed that my fnb account was not debited instead you tried to debit on my old account which didnt have funds and the debit order was unpaid and got charged for unpaid debit order. called outsurance on Monday to ask why was my request not actioned the guys simply said he doesnt know but he will update my details and i asked who is going to pay for my charges he said he doesnt know he was less interested about that and he quickly changed the subject and saw a sales opportunity to sell me out bonus which i took but what is going to happen to my charges i must now spend more money on charges and the product i just bought even worst this morning my account is debited R527 and we agreed that my debit order date is the 26th of every month, I have a budget. check my record i moved from old mutual to liberty then now i am with outsurance, I am very quick to change if people start doing what they not supposed to do on my account. i want this money to be credited back into my account today if not cancel the cover i get it elsewhere.
